emacs-intl-fonts software package provides fonts to allow multilingual PostScript printing from Emacs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install emacs-intl-fonts
emacs-intl-fonts is installed in your system.
Make ensure the emacs-intl-fonts package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep emacs-intl-fonts *
You will get with emacs-intl-fonts package name, version, architecture and description in a table
